REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPES
Reinforced Concrete Pipes will be in compliance to ASTM C 76 standards produced by using sulfate resistant type V cement in conformity to ASTM C 150 standards. R.C Pipes will be supplied in accordance different classes as per ASTM C 76Class III, IV and V standards. Normally all pipes will be either Wall B or C as per ASTM standards.
All Pipes will be reinforced by using deformed steel as per ASTM A 615 standards. Density of steel reinforcement and diameter of steel used will be in compliance to ASTM C 76 standards.
Based on the project requirements Reinforced Concrete Pipes are used with or without coating internally. Generally, Pipes for Sewerage lines are with internal coating like Coal Tar Epoxy or lined with H D P E/ G R P ling. Storm water lines normally doesn't require any coating internally. All the pipes will be externally coated with either Bitumen or Coal Tar Epoxy as per project requirements.
